Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and filters are included to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
